Our Story: Dave Gulzari (Company Director)

​

Had the phrase not become a cliché, we would certainly have called the story of our director, Dave Gulzari, one that is from rags to riches.

​

Dave migrated to Australia at a very young age with his family and settled in Adelaide. The only thing that his family could carry with them from their war-torn country to Australia was hope; hope for a better, safer, and prosperous future.

 

Dave undertook his formal schooling in Adelaide and went on to successfully complete his Civil Engineering degree from the University of Adelaide. An entrepreneur at heart, Dave moved to Sydney after graduation to pursue better opportunities. There, he worked as a site supervisor for two years and finally the appeal of The Garden City caught his eye and convinced him to settle in Canberra.

 

Dave started Bluestone Paving and Landscaping in 2016 and has not looked back since, not even to Adelaide, his first adopted city. He loves Canberra and its landscapes. He is determined to make sure Canberrans receive the best yet affordable service when it comes to their paving and landscaping needs. Dave’s team is comprised of professionals who have decades of experience in landscaping and construction work: they are ready and committed to deliver the best service for you.
